Become a Member of The Jack and Buena Foundation

A basic membership in The Jack and Buena Foundation costs only $25. With a membership, you get the right to help elect the board of directors every year. More importantly, you provide crucial support for camper scholarships and the CJH operating budget. The Jack and Buena Foundation is entirely volunteer-run, and has extremely low overhead. Virtually all of your membership fees allow children to attend camp and keep the CJH tradition alive.

There are several forms of membership to recognize differing abilities to give:

Supporting Membership - $25

If The Jack and Buena Foundation is to be successful, members will be the cornerstones ensuring its stability. Anyone can join, even on a counselor's salary, and even the smallest contribution makes a big difference to a new camper.

Fortress - Variable Donation ($26 - $479)

If you are looking to provide more help than a basic membership, the Fortress level may be right for you. Fortress members can choose your membership fee at a level that best fits your ability.

Pioneer - $480

Pioneer members help children explore the outdoors. The significance of the $480 membership is the $25 basic membership plus a full campership for one child.

Eagle - Variable Donation ($481 - $999)

In addition to providing an entire campership, Eagle members also contribute any additional amount to a sustaining endowment that will boost camping enrollment year after year.

Pinnacles - $1,000 +

Just as the Pinnacles sit high on the ridge and watch over Camp Jack Hazard, the Pinnacles members watch over The Jack and Buena Foundation. Contributions from the Eagle and Pinnacles members will build an ongoing endowment that will ensure our ability to send children to camp for generations to come.
